Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that HMS Host UK Limited has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Leon, Unit 5H, Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, Kinsey Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 9JJ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale ol alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300; late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2330 Opening hours Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2330. All activities to be extended from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permmitted hours on New Years Day.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@cheshirewestandchestergov.uk or by post to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 30th November 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Cheshire West and Chester Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.
