LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A)
DISPOSAL OF LAND FORMING PART OF AN OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intend after the expiry of the period mentioned below to dispose of certain land forming an open space, namely 0.0877ha. (0.2165 acres) land at Greville Drive, Winsford. The land is proposed to be leased to a local charity for its charitable purposes including the construction of a small building for their operational purposes.
A plan of the land will be kept at Winsford Library, High Street, Winsford, CW7 2AS and be available for inspection on any weekday between 9.30 am and 4.30pm for the period mentioned below. This is a formal notice given in so far as the above described parcel of land consists or forms part of an open space for the purposes of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972. Any objections to the proposed disposal may be made in writing to the Head of Legal Services and Council Companies, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA by 14 December 2022.
