Notice is hereby given that Flowers by Nattrass has applied in respect of Old House Gardens Hurworth Darlington for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Sale through a website, orders taken over the phone and orders placed in the shop, to accompany flowers

Representations to this application must be made in writing by (28 Days following the day after your submission) to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
