Proposal: To vary conditions 1 (plans), 17, 18, 19, 20 & 22 (use restriction) on application 2020/36800 (Variation of Condition (Major) of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) and Condition 2 (Approved Details and Samples) on previously approved application 2019/35981) to allow the use of the ground flood units to change A1/commercial to be used for a variety of purposes within Class E use class.
