NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 1 November 2022 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to South Lakeland District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Queen Katherine Avenue, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 6DU.
The proposed licensable activities are -
1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 4UQ

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
