Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Bolton Road, Addingham Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works proposed to be executed on or near Bolton Road, Addingham intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Bolton Road from its junction with Main Street to a point outside No. 4 Bolton Road.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Bolton Road (unaffected section), Bark Lane, North Road, Church Street, llkley Road, Main Street and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 21st November 2022 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 25th November 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
