DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL POLAM LANE FOOTWAY, DARLINGTON (FOOTWAY CLOSURE), ORDER 2016
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
POLAM LANE From the front boundary of 85 Grange Road (south side) eastwards for 25metres
The Order is necessary to allow works to the adjacent building.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is
18 months commencing from 12^th May 2016, it is anticipated that the closure
will be effective for 16weeks.
