Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section

Notice is hereby given that on the 27 October 2022 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Hermiston Retail Park, Front Street, Consett DH8 5RE. The proposed licensable activities are - 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays. 2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ or email: licensing@ durham.gov.uk no later than the 1 December 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Durham County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS during normal office hours by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
