Notice is hereby given that, in addition to a Notice on the 20 October 2022, the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Orders under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order:
1. To prohibit vehicles proceeding eastbound on River Way from making a left hand turn on to A1184 Cambridge Road.
2. To prohibit vehicles proceeding southbound on A1184 Cambridge Road from making a right hand turn on to River Way.

(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.35) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1 July 2022 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order:
1. To revoke the School Keep Clear zig-zags (No Stopping Mon-Fri 8am-4pm) on the west side of Tripton Road outside St Mark's West Essex Catholic School.
2. To introduce single red lines (No Stopping - Red Route Mon-Fri 8am-9am and 3pm-4pm) on Tripton Road in the District of Harlow and double red lines (No Stopping at any time) at the Westfield junction on the East side of Tripton Road.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile number TL 450 092 revision 0 with revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 2 January 2023.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Coopersale Street, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coopersale Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th December 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410170858CS - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water

(Epping Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 140m southwest of its junction with High Street to its junction with Old House Lane a distance of approximately 2405m. The closure is scheduled to commence for 3 weekends only (in 3 separate phases) on (3rd and 4th December 2022), (10th and 11th December 2022) and (17th and 18th December 2022), or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBNP3H5V019 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance and spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Epping Road, Harlow Road, Roydon Road, Elizabeth Way, Third Avenue, Katherine's Way, Southern Way, Water Lane, Tylers Road, Epping Road Roundabout and vice versa.

(Mount End Road, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount End Road, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 285m northeast of its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th December 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWD7TF36W001 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

(Norton Lane, High Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Norton Lane, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 180m west then southwest of its junction with Willingale Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southwesterly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th December 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410168869 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water leak repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

(Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway & Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.6) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of road in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 17th November 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Debden Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Debden Lane for a distance of approximately 210m in a northerly then northwesterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Debden Green, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Debden Lane to its junction with Debden Road a distance of approximately 110m.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 21st November 2022 for 12 days (one closure at a time), or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-LOUGH-8054-FAL1 & 2 - Openreach). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Lane, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 325m northwest of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th November 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30026254054 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
