SECTION 123(2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Elmbridge Borough Council ("the Council") is considering the disposal by way of grant of a lease of an area of land held and maintained as public open space.

The open space is the Kiosk Premises at Clissold Park Pump House, Clissold Park, N16 9HJ registered at HM Land Registry with title number EGL557500, known as "Clissold Park". Copies of a plan showing the approximate position of the affected land may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours Monday to Friday at The Town Hall, Mare Street, Hackney, London, E1 8EA

The proposed disposal is the grant of a lease of the land by the Council to Finks Salt and Sweet LLP for the use of the kiosk for the provision of food and drink in Clissold Park.

The Council will consider any objections to the proposed disposal as may be made to it.
