Take notice that 21st AMENDMENT NW LIMITED has applied for the variation of a Premises Licence to Wirral Borough Council for 21st Amendment, The Quadrant, Hoylake, Wirral, Merseyside CH47 2EE.
The proposed variation to the Premises Licence will be: The addition of 'Films' every day of the week and the variation of the hours of operation of all licensable activities in terms of an extension of the terminal hour and closure of the Premises Licence until 01:00 hours on Friday/Saturday and Saturday/ Sunday.
A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Wirral Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED no later
than the 1st of December 2022.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
