NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: B4347 From Pentwyn Cottage To Springetts Lane, Abbeydore, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the B4347 From Pentwyn Cottage To Springetts Lane, Abbeydore, near Springetts Lane to Outisde Arfyya. Grid Ref: 339191/229439. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via B4347 onto the B4348 onto the A465 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to overhead works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 20th of November 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
