NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: Mustafa Aslan has applied to the Licensing Authority of: London Borough of Hackney for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: The Barrel Boulangeria at: 6 Whitmore Road, Hoxton, N1 5DT for the licensable activities: the sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises from 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday (off sale of alcohol will be with food orders only for deliveries).

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application. Persons will be liable, upon summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
