THE NORTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING BAYS ORDER 2022
On 02 November 2022, the North Ayrshire Council made the above named Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order, which comes into operation on 28 December 2022, was advertised in the Irvine Herald on 27 July 2022 and the effect of the Order is as stated in said notice.
Copies of the Order and plans relative thereto are available for inspection during normal working hours Monday to Friday inclusive at:
North Ayrshire Council, Commercial Services (Roads), Cunninghame House, Irvine, KA12 8EE.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 9 November 2022 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
