NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1261 The Pastures To Gatehouse Road, Green Crize, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1261 The Pastures To Gatehouse Road, Green Crize, railway bridge. Grid Ref: 351428 237830. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1261 Bogmarsh Lane onto the C1261 From C1234 onto Laskett Lane onto the A49 onto Holme Lacy Road onto Hoarwithy Road and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to bridge works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come Into force on 6th of December 2022 and remain In force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 night.
