I give notice that Albion Land have applied to Cherwell District Council on 23rd September 2022 for Outline planning permission (all matters reserved except for access) for the erection of buildings comprising logistics (Use Class B8) and ancillary Office (Use Class E(g)(i)) floorspace and associated infrastructure; construction of new site access from the B4100; creation of internal roads and access routes; and hard and soft landscaping.

are available to view at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Please note however that due to the restrictions imposed in response to COVID-19, visits to Bodicote House to inspect the application documents should only be made when essential (i.e. the documents cannot be inspected by other means) and by prior appointment by telephoning 01295 227006.
Details of the application are available to view through the Council's website via the Online Planning Service.
