Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd November 2022 The Craft Union Pub Company Limited applied to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Royal Hotel, 54 Castle Street, Bilston WV14 9DP. The proposed variation is;-

1- Extend licensable activities (sale of alcohol, recorded music and live music) on Fridays to Saturdays to 01.00 and Sundays to 23.00.

2- To vary the hours on Christmas Day to 12.00 to 23.00.

3- To remove/replace some conditions in the premises licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:-Interim Director of Public Realm, Licensing Services, Unit 1 Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill DY5 1UF no later than 1st December 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Mondays to Fridays except public holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
