For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement
Regulation 25: Further information respecting an Environmental Statement
I give notice that further information is available in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. On 11 June 2021, Eden (FG) Solar Ltd made an application for planning permission (Reference Number PL/2021/06112) to Wiltshire Council for the development of a solar farm of up to 49.9 MW of generating capacity, comprising the installation of solar photovoltaic panels and associated infrastructure including customer cabin, customer substation, DNO substation and equipment, inverter and transformer substations, spare part container, associated battery storage, access tracks, fencing, security cameras, landscape planting and associated works at Land at Foest Gate, Pewsham, Chippenham, SN15 3RS. The further information provided in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) is: A revised application form, revised location plan, revised layout plan, revised landscape planting plan, a planning, design and access statement addendum, an addendum to the Environmental Statement (3rd addendum), a revised biodiversity net gain calculation, a transport technical note addendum, a revised noise impact assessment, a revised solar photovoltaic glint and glare study, a flood risk assessment addendum, a revised tree survey, arboricultural impact assessment, arboricultural method statement and tree protection plan.
