Temporary Closure Of 400544 Saw Mill Batsford To Bourton Woods (Blockley And Bourton On The Hill Parishes) Cotswold District
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 400544 Saw Mill Batsford to Bourton Woods from its junction with Batsford Park to outside the property known as Hill Barn for a distance of approximately 637 metres.
The reason for the closure is for Thames Water to carry out works. The road is expected to be closed from 17th November 2022 until 19th November 2022 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Public Rights of Way Officer, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG not later than 8th December 2022. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Gloucestershire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. In submitting an objection it should be noted that personal data and correspondence relating to any objection will be passed to Gloucestershire County Council in order that they can contact you directly to address the issues raised. If any person does not wish personal data to be forwarded to the Council they should state why when submitting the objection and the Secretary of State will copy the representations to the Council with the name and address removed and if there is to be a public inquiry the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.

PART 1 Description of path to be stopped up That length of footpath HRL 10 that runs from a point at OSGR SP1869/1956 southwest of Little Rissington Manor in a northeasterly direction for 140 metres to a point at OSGR SP1880/1963 with a minimum width of 1.5 metres.
PART 2 Description of new path A length of footpath that runs from OSGR SP1869/1956 in a north northwesterly direction for 70 metres to OSGR SP 1867/1963 with a width of 3 metres.

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 400662 Junction A424 through Church Westcote to County Boundary from outside the property known as Gawcombe to outside the property known as Hawkwell Cottages for a distance of approximately 743 metres.
The reason for the closure is install a new service connection. The road is expected to be closed from the 28th November

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400763 Mousetrap Lane from outside the property known as Lansdowne to outside the property known as 1 Lansdown Cottages for a distance of approximately 65 metres. The reason for the closure is to carry out manhole works The road is expected to be closed on the 28th November 2022 only between the hours of 08:00 am and 18:00 pm or until the works have been completed.

Order, Highways Act 1980 Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981, Gloucestershire County Council (Public Footpath Hrl 10) (Parish Of Little Rissington) Diversion Order 2022
The above Order made on 25th October 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed, will divert the length of Public Footpath described in Part 1 of the Schedule hereto to a line described in Part 2.
