I give notice that Hills Quarry Products Ltd, Wiltshire House, County Park Business Centre, Shrivenham Road, Swindon, SN1 2NR is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Section 73 application to continue the development of the extension of quarry with extraction of sand and limestone with restoration to agriculture including using existing quarry infrastructure as permitted by MW.0124/16 (P17/V0076/CM), without complying with conditions 1, 3, 4, 26, 28, 43, 44, 45 and 47 to enable amendments to siting of plant and the timing of restoration at Bowling Green Farm Sandpit, Stanford Road Faringdon, Oxon, SN7 8EZ.
