I, Matthew Hallett at Saltings Brew Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Saltings Brew (formerly J Stevens and Sons Scaffolding Ltd), Unit 4C Nancegollan Industrial Estate, Helston, TR13 0BN.
The application is to: Open a taproom which will sell alcohol for consumption on the premises and off the premises (for taking home and online sales).
The hours of operation for the public will be:
16.00 until 22.00 Friday,
12:00 until 22:00 Saturday and
12.00 - 21.00 Sundays.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 28th November 2022.
