Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr Wais Sharifi has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premises licence for 549 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 4AH. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the provision of late night refreshment, on and off the premises.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to Licensing, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA, or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk, no later than 02 December 2022. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.bournemouth.gov.uk).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
