VARIOUS ROADS - PROPOSED BICYCLE PARKING PLACES BATCH 1
The Haringey Charged-For Parking Places (Amendment No.57) Order 2022
The Haringey Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions (Amendment No.64) Order 2022 T40
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 31st October 2022 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 63 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended:
The general effect of the Orders:
1. To introduce new bicycle parking place (storage) at the following locations:-
i) Annington Road N2 - NORTH SIDE: adjacent to No.8 Fortis Green Avenue. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.
ii) Queen's Avenue N10 - SOUTH SIDE: Outside No.23. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.
iii) Avenue Road, N15 - EAST SIDE: Outside No. 20 Avenue Road. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.
iv) Awlfield Avenue, N17 - EAST SIDE: Outside No.14 Awlfield Avenue. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.
v) Bedford Road, N15 - WEST SIDE: Outside No.14 Bedford Road. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.
vi) Berkeley Road, N8 - SOUTH WEST SIDE: Outside No.13 Berkeley Road. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.
vii) Burbridge Way, N17 - NORTH SIDE: Adjacent to Flats 2-60 Ladysmith Road. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.
viii) Campsbourne Road, N8 - EAST SIDE: Opposite No. 1 Campsbourne Road. Replaces free parking bay.
ix) Coniston Road, N10 - EAST SIDE: Outside No. 56A Coniston Road.
x) Cromwell Avenue, N6 - WEST SIDE: Adjacent to No.92 Hornsey Lane. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.
xi) Manor Road, N22 - NORTH EAST SIDE: Adjacent to No.118 Whittington Road. Replaces Shared use Paid bay/ Residents Permit Holders parking bay.
xii) Muswell Avenue, N10 - SOUTH WEST SIDE: Outside No. 29 Muswell Avenue.
xiii) Stockton Road, N17 - SOUTH EAST SIDE: Opposite No. 11 Stockton Road. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.
xiv) Talbot Road N15 - WEST SIDE: Opposite No. 24 near the junction with Talbot Close. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.
The parking places will be 2 metres wide and 2.5 metres in length.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 26th November 2022.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
