The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire and the Humber) (No. 33) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of an area of highway adjacent and west of 176 Parkside Road, at Bradford in the Metropolitan District of Bradford. This is to enable development as permitted by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, under reference 22/00536/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/5160). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Highways Development Control, Planning Office, Bradford Council, 4th floor Britannia House Bradford BD1 1HX.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 09 November 2022.
