Notice of application for grant of a premises licence under The Licensing Act 2003

Sunni Kumar applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 31.10.2022 for a licence to use the premises at 159-161 St Helena Road, BD6 1TB for the sale and consumption of alcohol on and off the premises between 11am and 9pm Monday to Sunday.

Representations should be made in writing to The Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX by 28.11.2022. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 -17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 -16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
