NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is to consult on the Draft Welwyn Village Conservation Area Appraisal and Management plan (CAA&MP). The document identifies the special character and appearance of Welwyn Village conservation area. It describes the main features of special architectural and historic interest and identifies opportunities for beneficial change and the need for additional protection. The draft appraisal also seeks to consider and review the Conservation Area boundary. During the consultation period, the CAA&MP can be viewed at: www.welhat.gov.uk/conservation-areas

Consultation starts on 9th November and ends on 6th January 2023 at 5pm.

The Plan can also be viewed at the office of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, Welwyn Parish Council Offices, and Welwyn Community Library during normal opening hours.
