Notice of Application For Planning Permission for Major Development (accompanied by an Environmental Statement) within 10 metres of a railway Under Articles 13,15 and 16 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and The Town And Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017

In accordance with the above act and related legislation, notice is hereby given that revised plans and other documents submitted in relation to the proposal noted below may be viewed and/or downloaded from the London Legacy Development Corporation's Planning Register on the following website: http://planningregister.londonlegacy.co.uk Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from: Trium Environmental Consulting LLP by Tel: (0) 203 887 7118 or Email: hello@triumenv.co.uk Hard copies of the Non-Technical Summary of the ES are available free of charge. Hard copies of the Environmental Statement (all volumes including TVIA) can be purchased for £750, excluding postage.
