The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 25 November 2022 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public
CODFORD PL/2022/07758 - Codford Biogas Plant, Malmpit Hill, Warminster - Variation of condition 7 of 20/02704/WCM to allow HGV vehicle movements to not exceed 80 movements per day Monday to Friday and 12 movements Saturdays;
TROWBRIDGE PL/2022/07870 & PL/2022/08244 - 12 Hill Street Court, Hill Street, 8 Replacement windows;
WARMINSTER PL/2022/07818 - 90 Market Place, Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of PL/2021/05479 to allow for variation of materials for windows and doors;
