NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th October 2022 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Carlisle City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains Units 3-5, 44 Gateway, Carlisle CA3 0GW.
The proposed licensable activities are;-
1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Carlisle CA3 8QG or by email to licensing@carlisle.gov.uk no later than the 21st November 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Carlisle City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
