In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 17 (as amended), Cherwell District Council hereby notify that additional material (revised redline plan, additional information concerning biodiversity net gain) for application 22/01829/OUT was received on the 1st November 2022 and the application is an EIA application.

I give notice that Graven Hill Purchaser Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 21 June 2022 for planning permission for 'Outline (fixing 'Access' only) - redevelopment of Graven Hill D1 Site, including demolition of existing buildings, development of B8 'Storage or Distribution' use comprising up to 104,008 sq. m (GIA), creation of open space and associated highway works, ground works, sustainable drainage systems, services infrastructure and associated works.' and further information has been provided in relation to an environmental statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of:

* the environmental statement

* the further information provided in relation to the environmental statement

* and other documents submitted with the application

at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am -5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Details of the application are available to view through the Council's website via the Online Planning Service at
