NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U82345, St Martins Street, Hereford, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U82345, St Martins Street, Hereford, 20 metres either side of the old bridge. Grid Ref: 350813/239588. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via St Martins Street onto the A49, onto St Nicholas Street, onto Bridge Street and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to CCTV column transfer works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 15th of November 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
