(Temporary Closing Of Tollgate Close, Chorleywood) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Tollgate Close, Chorleywood from its junction with Wyatts Road north westwards for it entire length ("the Road"). There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing And Temporary Waiting Restrictions In A5183
(Elstree Hill South/High Street), Elstree) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A5183 (Elstree Hill South/High Street), Elstree from its junction with the A41 North Western Avenue (Watford Bypass)/A41 Edgware Way roundabout north eastwards to its junction with A411 Watford Road, a distance of approximately 821m ("the length of Roads"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A41 North Western Avenue (Watford Bypass) and A411 (Elstree Road/Watford Road).
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of Roads whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because tree works are proposed to be executed near the length of Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads. (Temporary Closing Of The Footpath Situated Between No.30 And No.38 Beethoven Road, Elstree) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath situated between No.30 and No.38 Beethoven Road, Elstree from its junction with Beethoven Road north westwards to its junction with Delius Close ("the Footpath"), a distance of approximately 67m. An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Beethoven Road, the footway situated on the east side of Sullivan Way and the footway situated on the south side of Delius Close.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpath.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 November 2022 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footpath. (Temporary Closing And Temporary Waiting Restrictions In Deadmans Ash Lane, Sarratt) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Deadmans Ash Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Dimmocks Lane north eastwards to its junction with Bottom Lane, a distance of approximately 724m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Sarratt Road, Redhall Lane, Chandlers Lane, Toms Hill, Bucks Hill and Bottom Lane.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of The Service Road Fronting Nos.107-135 Cowley Hill, Borehamwood) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.107-135 Cowley Hill, Borehamwood from its southernmost junction with B5378 Cowley Hill south westwards, north westwards and north eastwards for its entire length ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via B5378 Cowley Hill. The Order is needed because foul water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (Temporary Closing Of Northfield Gardens, Watford) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Northfield Gardens, Watford from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.25 Northfield Gardens north eastwards for a distance of approximately 17m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Northfield Gardens, Bushey Mill Lane and Northfield Gardens.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of Toms Lane, Kings Langley) Order No.2 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Toms Lane, Kings Langley from a point in line with the western boundary of No.3 Toms Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 50m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Toms Lane, Primrose Hill, Station Road, Gallows Hill, Gallows Hill Lane, High Street, Bedmond Road, High Street and Toms Lane. The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 19 November 2022 for a period
of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect
at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of Bucks Hill, Sarratt) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bucks Hill, Sarratt from a point in line with the southern boundary of 'Grasmere' north westwards to a point in line with the northern boundary of 'Gable End', a distance of approximately 39m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, Toms Hill, Chandlers Lane, Redhall Lane, Sarratt Road, Dimmocks Lane, The Green, Poles Hill, Dunny Lane, The Street, The Common and Bucks Hill.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of School Lane, Bushey) Order No.2 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of School Lane, Bushey from its junction with Hilberry Court south eastwards to its junction with Primrose Gardens, a distance of approximately 85m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via School Lane, A411 Sparrows Herne, Merry Hill Road and School Lane.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 19 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. (Temporary Closing Of High Street, Watford) Order No.2 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular
traffic from using that length of High Street, Watford from its junction with King
Street north westwards to its junction with Market Street, a distance of
approximately 1000m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being
carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained
whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed
on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 9 November 2022 for a
period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect
at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of The Footbridge Situated On The North Side Of Oxhey Road, Watford) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footbridge situated on the north side of Oxhey Road, Watford from its easternmost junction with Oxhey Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 68m ("the Footbridge").
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Oxhey Road, the footway situated on the west side of Oxhey Avenue, the footway situated on the west side of A4008 Pinner Road, the footway situated on the south side of A4125 Eastbury Road and the footway situated on the north side of Oxhey Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footbridge.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 7 November 2022 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footbridge.
