The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpaths Nos. 7/2, 7/3 and 7/5, Chalfont St Peter) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022 made on 5 May 2022, under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport been continued in force and will so continue until 31 May 2024. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in the entire lengths of Public Footpaths Nos. 7/2 and 7/5, Chalfont St Peter and, in that length of Public Footpath No. 7/3, Chalfont St Peter, which commences at its junction with Gorelands Lane and continues to a point approximately 349 metres north east from the junction with Gorelands Lane, whilst ongoing approved development works take place. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closures is around the development site.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Pound Lane, Hawridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Pound Lane for 791 metres. Alternative route: Wiggington Road, Chesham Road, Cholesbury Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement takes place commencing on 18 November 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 November 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Church Street, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Street for 11 metres. The closure is required whilst a new service connection takes place commencing on 16 November 2022 between 23:00 and 05:00.
