London Borough Of Harrow The Harrow (Off Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Traffic Order 202*. The Harrow (Housing Land Off Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Traffic Order 202*.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow propose to make the above mentioned Orders under Sections 35, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the above mentioned Orders would be to:

(a) revoke provision for cash payments and ticket machines In the off street car parks listed in Schedule 1 to this Notice;

(b) introduce provision to pay parking charges in certain retail outlets across the London Borough of Harrow

(c) introduce provision to pay parking charge on site in the off street car parks listed in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders, of relevant previous Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected until the expiration of

a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between the hours of 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am and 3pm Sunday.

5. Persons desiring to object to any of the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof, to the Head of Traffic, Highways and Asset Management at

quoting reference 22-10, before the aforementioned date.
