NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-NO WAITING AT ANY TIME -Waterside Rd, Summerseat, Bury
North-westerly side, from a point 15 m west of the westerly kerbline of Ruby St to a point 15 m east of the easterly kerbline of Ruby St Ruby St, Summerseat, Bury
Both sides, from the north-westerly kerbline of Waterside Rd for a distance of 15 m in a northerly direction
Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. Copies of these may be requested by email (due to Covidl9 changes to standard procedures) by emailing trafficfSburv.

. All representations whether in support or objecting to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 OEJ or by email to

quoting reference TM2/22/527 by 25/11/22.

Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
