Tender for Grounds Maintenance Works The existing grounds maintenance contract expires in March 2023.

Tenders are invited for a three year contract running from April 2023 through to March 2026. The works are spread over 3 sites, 2 grassed playing fields (approx. 9 acres in total) each with a fenced play area and a cemetery. There are two separate contracts, one for the cemetery due to the different level of maintenance and equipment required and one contract for the two playing fields. Contractors are permitted to tender for just the cemetery contract, just the 2 playing fields contract or both contracts. Expressions of interest should be made to the parish clerk by Friday 11th November. Tender documents will be sent out as received/during the following week.

Completed Tenders are to be returned by 9th December 2022. The sites are all publicly accessible during daylight hours and you may visit to view the sites. If you would like an assisted visit, please arrange with the parish clerk.
