Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 27 October 2022 WM Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, 110 Mayo Avenue, Bradford BD5 8HP. The proposed licensable activities are - 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays. 2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX no later than the 24 November 2022 stating the grounds for representations.
