The County Council of Durham (Footpath number 113 South View, Hunwick) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 30 metres of Footpath number 113 South View, Hunwick from junction with South View to the rear of number 13 South View to enable Northumbrian Water meter chamber works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, no alternative route is available. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 22/11/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
