Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion Order Highways Act 1980 North Yorkshire County Council Public Footpaths Nos. 10.56/27 & 10.56/30, Meynell Hall, Great and Little Broughton, Diversion Order 2022.

The above Order, made on 30.09.22, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the Public Footpaths described below. Public Footpath 10.56/27 between NZ 5640 0623 and NZ 5645 0613 will be diverted onto a new route through a field in a south east direction between NZ 5640 0623 and NZ 5646 0616. Public Footpath 10.56/30 between NZ 5638 0620 and NZ 5641 0620 will be diverted through a field In a north east direction onto a new route between NZ 5638 0620 and NZ 5641 0623. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Stokesley Globe Community Library, North Road, Stokesley, until 2.12.22. Copies may be purchased from Travel, Environmental & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD (tel: 01609 532512) at a cost of £2, or can be downloaded free from our website

. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Suzanne Williamson at the above address not later than 2.12.22. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/ representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
