Highways Act 1980 London Borough of Sutton Throwley Way to High Street Sutton - Public Path Extinguishment Order 2022

The above Order made on 27.10.2022 under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish the public footpath running from Throwley Way to High Street Sutton as shown on the order map.

A copy of the Order and map has been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Civic Offices St Nicholas' Way Sutton SM1 1EA from 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays other than on public holidays. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at a price of £5. The Order and Map may also be seen on the following link:

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to H.Evans at the Civic Offices St Nicholas' Way Sutton SM1 1EA or to the following email

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Sutton may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
