ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Lyndhurst Avenue and Powder Mill Lane, Whitton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce
a temporary prohibition of traffic in Lyndhurst Avenue and Powder Mill Lane, Whitton.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit a vehicle to enter or exit Lyndhurst Avenue at its junction with Powder Mill Lane;
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Powder Mill Lane between a point outside No. 27 Powder Mill Lane and a point outside No. 33 Powder Mill Lane.
3. The order will come into effect on 7 November 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 7 November 2022 until 4 December 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Grove Road, Cleveland Road and Cleveland Gardens.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1] Temporary Road Closure Seymour Road, Hampton Wick

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate railway bridge inspection works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Seymour Road, Hampton Wick.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Seymour Road, from a point outside No.3 Seymour Road northwards for a distance of 60 metres..
3. The order will come into effect on 10 November 2022. The restrictions will remain in force from 22.00 on 10 November 2022 until 05.00 on 11 November 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Station Road, Lower Teddington Road,, A310 High Street and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate an electrical connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Terrace Gardens, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Terrace Gardens, between its junctions with Limes Avenue and Grove Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 8 November 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 8 November 2022 until 11 November 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Grove Road, Cleveland Road and Cleveland Gardens.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in St John's Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in St John's Road, from its junction with Church Road to a point outside No, 18 St John's Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 10 November 2022. The restrictions will remain in force between 09.30 and 15.30 on .10 November 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Larkfield Road and Church Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
