Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Watches of Switzerland Company Limited has applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Merton) for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Breitling Showroom, Unit G-013B, 041 The Power Station, Ground Floor, Battersea Power Station, Turbine Hall, Circus Road South, Battersea, SW11 8BU. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : 1 .The exhibition of film indoors from 10:00 - 21:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 12:00 -18:00 on Sundays. 2. The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10:00 - 21:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 12:00 -18:00 on Sundays. 3. Opening hours of from 10:00 - 21:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 12:00 - 18:00 on Sundays.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section Merton London Borough Council , 1st Floor Annexe, Merton Civic Centre , London Road , Morden , SM4 5DX or
