Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH BZ31, BOSBURY (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2021 temporarily closing the said footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 6710 4192. The closure is required as the surface of the path has been undermined. There is no alternative route. Queries may be directed to

The Order continues in force from 3 November 2022 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
