PUBLIC INQUIRY Enforcement Notices 2022/1 and 2022/2 Land South Of Main Road, Curbridge
A Public Inquiry against the above planning enforcement notices will be held (under Section 174 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities opening on Tuesday 22nd November 2022 at 10.00am at the Council Chamber, Woodgreen, Witney. Interested parties may attend and, at the Inspector's discretion, give their views. Copies of the Council's and the appellant's case may be viewed on the District Council's website,

This inquiry is planned as an in person event, however as per the current Planning Inspectorate guidance the Council must be prepared for the inquiry to be held fully virtually at short notice and without postponement if required. Please therefore email us at
