Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence

I, Stephen Morgan hereby gve notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 24th October 2022 for the variation of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Ralph Court Gardens, Edwyn Ralph, Bromyard, Herefordshire, HR7 4LU from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10:00 to 17:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 21/11/2022.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 24/10/2022
