22/02454/LB - Hardwick With Tusmore - Manor Farm Barns Hethe Road Hardwick Oxfordshire OX27 8SS - Conversion of redundant stone agricultural barn into guest accommodation and site office. The proposed works include insertion of conservation roof lights (replacement of metal and asbestos roofing with clay rooftiles has already been granted permission) and replacement of windows and doors that are beyond repair. 22/03269/F - Stoke Lyne - The Orchard Stoke Lyne Bicester OX27 8SD - Removal of Conditions 3 (comprehensive intrusive investigation), 4 (scheme of remediation) and 5 (verification report) of 20/01021/F - A Phase 2 report assessing the results of intrusive investigation works has been carried out. No contamination in the land was found. 'Phase 2 - In this investigation there were no recorded exceedances in the samples taken across the site, therefore, th ere are no potential risks to on-site or off-site receptors from on-site contamination and therefore no remediation is required.
