Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of C152 Road from The Butts Poulton to Poulton Hill from outside the property known as The Nether House to outside the property known as The Lodge for a distance of approximately 507 metres.

The reason for the closure is for installation of Gigaclear Network. The road is expected to be closed from 7th November 2022 until 8th November 2022 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later. The road is expected to be closed between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 from 7th November 2022 until 9th November 2022 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later. Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of B4014 Avening Road from outside the Sewage Works to outside the property known as Hazel Wood Cottage for a distance of approximately 970 metres. The reason for the closure is to carry out ground investigations and boreholes. The road is expected to be closed from 08:00 on the 7th November 2022 until 17:00 on the 2nd December 2022 only or until the works have been completed. NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make a Variation Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35, 36 and 39 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which would vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 (the 2017 Order) by introducing/revoking the proposed restrictions detailed in The Schedule below on King Street, Dollar Street & Victoria Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

Temporary Closure Of Public Footpath BKD19 (Kempsford Parish) Cotswold District


Gloucestershire County Council has by this notice closed temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Public Footpath BKD 19 (Kempsford) from a point north-north-west of Manor Farm extending in a generally easterly direction for approximately 570 metres to north-west of Manor Farm Quarry The Public Footpath falls within the Parish of Kempsford in the Cotswold District, Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to protect the public while essential repairs are carried out on the concrete aprons of the accommodation bridge. The Public Footpath was originally closed for 5 days by Urgent Notice commencing 24th October 2022. However, as the works to remedy the problem have not been completed and it is now necessary to close the Public Footpath by an Order which can authorise the closure for up to six months from the date of the Urgent Notice. This legal Order comes into effect on the 27th October 2022 and will authorise the closure of the Public Footpath for up to six months from the date of the Urgent Notice. However, it is expected that the Footpath will only remain closed until the 11th November 2022.
The alternative route: via footpaths BKD 17 and BKD 18 as marked on site. Pedestrian access and emergency access will be maintained at all times. DATE: 3rd November 2022.
