Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (A449 Powick) (50 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to decrease the speed limit on the following length of road in Powick to 50 miles per hour:
A449 from a point 200 metres west of its junction with Hospital Lane westwards and south westwards to a point 300 metres south west of its junction with Sparrowhall Lane
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

(Bridleways WR-934 and WR-950, Worcester) (Temporary Closure Order) 2022

Proposed Order: to close Bridleways WR-934 and WR-950, Worcester for their entire length. The Order is being made to allow surfacing works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: There is no alternative route.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 28 November 2022.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2051 Withybed Lane, Inkberrow) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2051 Withybed Lane
from its junction with U43426 Stonepit Lane to its
junction with U43412 Stockwood Lane.
Reason: Carriageway Reconstruction by West Point Construction Limited.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U43412 Stockwood Lane, A422 High Street, U43426 Stonepit Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months from 31 October 2022. Anticipated duration: 3 days

(U50001 Moor Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U50001 Moor Street from its junction with U50000 Severn Terrace to its junction with U50002 Easy Row Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50000 Severn Terrace, U50006 Back Lane South, U50005 Braymoor Road, U50001 Moor Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days Commencing: 4 November 2022

(C1142 Birchwood Road, Suckley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C1142 Birchwood Road from its junction with C2064 Longley Green to Stocks Lane, Alfrick, to its junction with C1142 Birchwood with Herefordshire County borders. Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation work by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2064 Longley Green, U62217 Suckley, C1140 Suckley, C1140, A4103 & C1142 into Herefordshire County borders, C1142 Birchwood and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 7 November 2022

(Link Footpath F50166 Lion Walk to Westbury Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F50166 Lion Walk to Westbury Street, Worcester from its junction with U50101 Lion Court to its junction with U50104 Wesbury Street.
Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50101 Lion Court, U50100 Sansome Walk, F50492 Black Horse Walk, U53030 Lowesmoor, B4550 Lowesmoor Terrace, U50104 Westbury Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days Commencing: 25 November 2022

(Layby on A443 Stockton, Stockton on Teme) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of the layby on A443 Stockton in its entirety.
Reason: Layby resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: No diversion in place as layby only.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
15 days Commencing: 27 November 2022

(C2158 Netherwood Lane/U42400 Oddingley Lane, Crowle) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of: Closure 1: C2158
Netherwood Lane from its junction with C2032 Crowle Green to its junction with C2076 Newland Road to Plough Lane. Closure 2: U42400 Oddingley Lane for 195 metres from its junction with C2158 Netherwood Lane.
Reason: New customer connection by Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2032 Crowle Green, C2032 Old Turnpike Road, C2032 Lower Crowle Road to Shaftland Cross, C2077 Trench Lane, U42212 Skergens Lane, C2076 Newland Road to Plough Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 7 November 2022

(Link Footpaths F50427 & F50428 Saddlers Walk from Goldsmith Road to Windermere Drive, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of: Link Footpath F50427 Windermere Drive & F50428 Saddlers Walk/
Goldsmith Road from its junction with U51200 Windermere Drive to its junction with U51201 Goldsmith Road and Link Footpath F50428 Saddlers Walk/Goldsmith Road from its junction with U51201 Goldsmith Road North to its junction with U51201 Goldsmith Road South. Reason: Lay new ducting by Kier Group. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Link Footpath F50427 Windermere Drive Diversion: U51200 Windermere Drive, U51201 Goldsmith Road and vice versa. Link Footpath F50428
Saddlers Walk/Goldsmith Road Diversion: U51201 Goldsmith Road in both directions.

Reason: Lay new ducting by Kier Group
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Lansdowne Road, U51009 Mayfield Avenue and vice versa.
