HYSBYSIR trwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen, ar 2il Tachwedd 2022, yn unol a Rheoliadau Gorchymyn Traffig Awdurdodau Lleol (Gweithdrefn) (Lloegr a Chymru) 1996 a'r Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (cyfeirir ati ar 61 hyn fel "y Ddeddf') fel y'i diwygiwyd, a phob pwer galluogi arall ac ar 61 ymgynghoriada Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol a Rhan III Atodiad 9, wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd diwygio'r cyfyngiadau ar yr heolydd canlynol a diwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen (Heolydd Amrywiol) (Rheolaeth Traffig a Therfyn Cyflymder) 2019, i'r perwyl y bydd yr heolydd a'r Atodlenni Mapiau a bennir yn yr Atodlen Gyntaf yn cael eu diwygio a bydd yr heolydd a'r Atodlenni Mapiau a bennir yn Ail Atodlen y Gorchymyn hwn yn cael eu gweithredu.

Torfaen County Borough Council
(Various Roads) (Traffic Regulation And Speed Limit) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment No. 6) Disabled Persons Parking Places

NOTICE is hereby given that Torfaen County Borough Council has on the 2nd November 2022 in accordance with the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England & Wales) Regulations 1996 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") as amended, and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 made the following Order.

The effect of the Order will amend the restrictions on the following roads and amend the Torfaen County Borough Council (Various Roads) (Traffic Regulation and Speed Limit) Consolidation Order 2019, in that the roads and Map Schedules specified in the First Schedule shall be amended and the roads and Map Schedules specified in the Second Schedule to this Order shall be implemented.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Art 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under ft has not been complied with in relation to the Order, they may within six weeks from 3 November 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
