Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Rosemead Investments Limited has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premiseslicence for the premises known as The Sauna Bar, 140 Commercial Road, Bournemouth BH2 5LU. The premises already benefits from a premises licence which permits 24 hour opening, but other licensable activities only between 10:00 - 23:00. This application is for the grant of a new licence to permit longer hours for the currently permitted licensable activities, being: the provision of music, film and late night refreshment until 04:00; and the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises until 03:30.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to Licensing, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA, or
